Kuwaiti Deputy Foreign Minister Khalid Al-Jarallah warned that the volatile regional situation stirs concern. He urged the Gulf states to take the utmost precautionary measures.
He added during statement to Kuwait News Agency ( KUNA) that acceleration of the escalation is predicting negative developments that would have been taken seriously. He pointed out that those developments have repercussions for security and stability in the region.
He referred to the private session held by the National Assembly on Thursday to discuss recent developments related to the dangerous escalation in the region. He stressed that the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid reviewed the political scene related to this situation.
He added that the ministers of health، trade، industry، oil، electricity، water and media also reviewed the preparations of their ministries for any developments that result in the escalation.
He called on everyone to make every effort to move away from the repercussions of this dangerous escalation.
