Zaki Mubarak entered Turkey on March 30، and disappeared only four days later. A complaint was issued by Zaki's brother and daughter's lawyer to Egypt's Attorney General said that on April 19، Zaki's lawyer noted that his client was arrested by the Turkish authorities over false charges.

Meanwhile، the ministry asserted its full readiness for Eidel-Fitr holiday، noting that additional trains have been added to be operated during the holiday mainly on the Cairo-Aswan and Alexandria-Aswan routes.
In addition، a number of committees have been formed to ensure that the work flow is regular during the working hours of Eidel-Fitr and accurately monitor the movement of trains and immediately report emergencies، the ministry said.
The ministry called for media outlets and social media users to seek accuracy before spreading such news.
