Security agencies in Fayoum Governorate، about 100 south west to Cairo، succeeded in rescuing eleven Chinese persons lost their way during a safari tour in desert of that province. Security of Fayoum received a notification from a driver about breaking of a vehicle of Chinese tourists. They did not inform the police in advane. They had been to The Whales Valley ( Wadi El Heetan in Arabic) natural protectorate in the Western Desert. A sand dune got soft under tires of vehicle so it could not move. Police officers used sophisticated technologies to spot the errant Chinese tourists. A police force escorted by tracers. They found the tourists 5 km off Al Rayyan Tourist road.
