Hamad bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa has been the monarch of Bahrain will leave Bahrain on Saturday for Egypt to head the Kingdom's delegation to the first Arab-European summit، to be held in Sharm El-Sheikh from 24 to 25 October، announced Royal Court Bahrain today، Friday.
Bahrain's Akhbar Al Khaleej newspaper said that this was in response to a generous invitation received by the king from President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to participate in the first Arab-European summit.
Noteworthy، Egypt's president، Abdul Fattah Al-Sisi is set to inaugurate The Arab-European Summit in Sharm al-Sheikh city next Sunday February 24. More than one country has announced its participation in the two-day summit، which is considered an important step to push forward the Arab-European relations to a new level.
The two-day summit will bring together، for the first time، heads of the member states of the Arab League and the European Union. It will be co-chaired by President Sisi and President of European Council Donald Tusk، according to the EU’s statement.
