Ambassador Magda Shaheen، Adviser of Minister of Industry and Commerce for International Relations، said that the first round of negotiations between Egypt and the Eurasian Customs Union has achieved more progress. She added that the two parties agreed to rank goods into groups. Some goods will be freed at once and others will be freed when the treaty comes to effect. However، another goods will freed gradually later. She stressed that the Egyptian delegation to that round of negotiations is keen on bolstering ties with the Eurasian Customs Union to quote their experiences in electronic commerce as untraditional approach to inter-state trade. She affirmed that Egypt is about to begin negations with the African states to establish a free trade zone.
