Egypt’s foreign minister Sameh Shoukry come back home after two day visit to Saudi Arabia، Riyadh، in which he attended the ministerial meeting of Arab and African countries bordering the Red Sea.
The meeting discussed means of activating joint cooperation among the countries bordering the Red Sea in all fields.
The meeting came within the framework of a series of meetings held by the Arab and African countries of the Red Sea to discuss means of activating cooperation and coordination among countries.
Egypt’s participation comes within the framework of its keen on cooperation among the countries boarding the Red Sea.
On Monday، Shoukry said that Egypt works on meeting the aspirations of African young people، stressing that the priorities listed in the agenda of 2063 include integration among African countries. In a statement to Extra News satellite channel، Shoukry noted that Egypt has the ability to gather African brothers to activate African mechanisms and to work towards the future for meeting the aspirations of the African youth، which exceeds 60% of the total African citizens.
Egypt seeks to achieve prosperity، strengthen the infrastructure and work to strengthen relations between African countries، Shoukry assured.
