Powered by a combination of a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine and an electric motor، the E 300 e has a total power output of 328bhp and 700Nm of torque، which means a 0-62mph time of 5.7 seconds and a top speed of 155mph. Fuel economy is a claimed 134.5mpg on the combined cycle، and emissions are only 46gkm of CO2. Also، the E 300 e will cover 31 miles in all-electric mode and can be charged from 10 to 100 per cent in under four hours from a standard UK plug socket. The base model SE comes with 18-inch alloy wheels، front and rear parking sensors، keyless-go، electrically operated and heated front seats and ambient lighting in a choice of 64 colours. AMG Line models start from £49،945، adding AMG bumpers and side skirts، 18-inch AMG alloy wheels، leather upholstery، an AMG steering wheel and tinted windows. As usual، Mercedes offers a range of optional extras، such as the Night package. Available only on AMG Line models، and priced at £595، the package adds a range of black accents to the AMG bodykit، as well as a set of black 18-inch alloy wheels. If you’d like to spend a bit more money، the Premium Plus package markets for £4،395 and adds a Burmester sound system، a panoramic sunroof، automatic powered boot closing، hands-free access and Mercedes’ parking package، complete with 360-degree camera.
