TV anchor Ahmed Magdy said on Monday that prominent businessman Mohamed Abul Enein’s winning of the Mediterranean award for economy and international diplomacy represents a new victory for Egypt and the Egyptians، noting that this new award is an addition to the Egyptian awards in the international diplomatic economy in the Mediterranean countries for 2018.

Prominent businessman Mohamed Abul Enein، the Honorary Speaker of the Euro-Mediterranean Parliament،، and Chairman of the Egyptian-European Business Council، received the Mediterranean Award for Economy and International Diplomacy2018 From the World Mediterranean Organization on Sunday..
A number of presidents and kings won this award such as Former US President Barack Obama، Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber of Kuwait، former UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon، Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas Abu Mazen، late King Hussein of Jordan and former Spanish King Juan Carlos.
President of the Mediterranean International Organization، Michele Capasso، confirmed that Egypt won this award for the second time in its history. the first time was in 2003 when it was won by the international novelist Naguib Mahfouz، while this year it was awarded to Abul Enein.
Capasso said that Abul-Enein won this award as he considered as one of the world's leading economic، political and social figures for his long history of giving and his ability over the years، to bring the peoples of the Mediterranean closer together with its great efforts in diplomacy.
