Hydaya Malak، Egypt’s Olympic champion of taekwondo qualified to the 16th round of the Grand Prix held in the UK over the days from October 19 to 21. She beat her Chinese counterpart 11-6 in the 32nd over a game mounted yesterday. It is worth to mention that Egypt’s taekwondo Olympic team competes in Grand Prix Championship held at Manchester in UK. The Egyptian to that championship concludes 6 players ( four females and two males). They compete at categories of nOur Hussein of 49 kg، Radoa Reda of 57 kg، Rowan Refae of 67 kg، Hydada Malak of 67 kg، Moaz Nabil of 58 kg and Seif Issa at 80 kg. It is worth to mention that the Takewondo Grand Prix is held at four Olympic categories foe men and women. Thirty-two players qualify to that event according to monthly Olympic classification. However، Olympic ranking of most Egyptian players in October was retreated due to absence of international competitions.
