Prepare your jaw for dropping: Incredible images from the new Landscape Photographer Of The Year book
The publication of the new Landscape Photographer Of The Year book always heralds a collective dropping of jaws، daily mail reported.
That’s because without fail، every year، it showcases exquisite images of the United Kingdom’s most beautiful and dramatic scenery.
This year’s tome keeps the standard sky high، as this sneak peek of its contents reveals. AA Publishing، which produces the book، has kindly allowed MailOnline Travel to publish ten of the prints - and choosing them was a headache.
Here you can gaze upon the overall winner – a stunning shot of Glencoe in Scotland by Pete Rowbottom – a dramatic picture of a train ploughing through sea water on the Welsh coast and fog flowing mesmerisingly over Dorset cliffs. Plus seven other quite wonderful shots with subjects that include poppy fields، strange monolithic structures and heavenly starry skies.
Scroll down and gorge on a true feast for the eyes. The images will be displayed in a free 11-week-long exhibition، hosted by Network Rail، on the balcony at London's Waterloo Station from November 19.
