“We have no options but work and patience”، al-Sisi says

“I want to talk to you today as a normal person not as a president”, president al-Sisi said, addressing Egyptians during his word in The 29th Educational Seminar of The Armed forces.

“I have witnessed the 1967 war, and I remember all the details and the bitterness of the defeat experienced by Egypt at this time”, Sisi added, noting, “We are engaged in a war now, yet in 1967 war our enemy was known”  

“In 1967 war, we have lost our Army, but we did not lose the power of faith”, stressing that the Army had been reconstructed in the light of the available possibilities and circumstances.

Meanwhile, al-Sisi noted that after the 1967 war defeat, the public opinion was heavily pressuring the political leadership to move towards a new war, yet it was not aware of the real image and troops’ readiness for the war.

Moreover, Al-Sisi noted that Former president Anwar Al-Sadat took a great decision to cross the Bar lev line, a decision which is appreciated by all Egyptian until now.

Al-Sisi pointed out that “Egypt’s potentials during the 6th of October war were limited, in contrast to our enemy”, stressing, “The 6th of October war and its outcomes are a form of miracle”

Al-Sisi also called on Egyptians to participate in the building and the construction of the Egyptian state.

“We have no options but work, and patience”, Sisi stressed

Moreover, The president assured that the crises faced by Egypt nowadays would not be solved except by the Egyptians’ will.

Noteworthy, Egypt’s President، Abdul Fattah Al-Sisi attends on Thursday the 29th Educational Seminar of Armed forces in coinciding with the 45th anniversary of the 6th of October war victory celebrations.
