5 Recipes For Anyone Who Loves Fries

Mediterranean French Fries

Ingredients
600 grams Potatoes
40 grams Sesame seeds
12 teaspoon Thyme
12 teaspoon Oregano
12 teaspoon Basil
12 teaspoon Cumin powder
14 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
12 teaspoon Salt

Directions
Take 600 grams potatoes and cut it into potato fingers and boil.
Put it into a zip bag and freeze overnight.
Heat sufficient oil in deep fryer and deep fry french fries till crisp.
Take a pan، add 40 grams sesame seeds، 12 teaspoon thyme، 12 teaspoon oregano، 12 teaspoon basil and stir for 3 - 5 minute.
Transfer it into a blender، add 12 teaspoon cumin، 14 teaspoon cinnamon، 12 teaspoon salt and blend it to a fine powder.
Heat non stick pan، add fries and sufficient amount of mediterranean powder and mix well.
Serve hot with ketchup.

Peri Peri French Fries

Ingredients
1 teaspoon Red chili powder
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
1 tablespoon Stock cubes
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
14 teaspoon Chaat masala
12 teaspoon Salt

Directions
Take 600 grams potatoes and cut it into potato fingers and boil.
Put it into a zip bag and freeze overnight.
Heat sufficient oil in deep fryer and deep fry french fries till crisp.
In a blender add 1 teaspoon red chili، 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper، 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes، 1 tablespoon stock cubes، 1 teaspoon garlic powder، 14 teaspoon chaat masala، 12 teaspoon salt and blend it to a fine powder.
In a mixing bowl add fries and sufficient amount of peri peri powder mix and toss.
Serve hot with ketchup.

Molaga Podi French Fries

Ingredients
40 grams Sesame seeds
60 grams Split black gram
60 grams Roasted split gram
60 grams Split Bengal gram
80 grams Mustard seeds
10 Dry red chili
18 teaspoon Asafoetida
2 tablespoons Jaggery powder
1 tablespoon Salt

Directions
Take 600 grams potatoes and cut it into potato fingers and boil.
Put it into a zip bag and freeze overnight.
Heat sufficient oil in deep fryer and deep fry french fries till crisp.
Dry roast 40 grams sesame seeds، 60 grams split black gram، 60 grams roasted split gram، 60 grams split bengal gram، 80 grams mustard seeds، 10 dry red chili for 30 seconds.
Transfer it into a blender، add 18 teaspoon asafoetida، 2 tablespoons jaggery powder، 1 tablespoon salt and blend it to a fine powder.
In a mixing bowl add fries and sufficient amount of Molaga Podi powder mix and toss well.
Serve hot with ketchup.


Salty French Fries

Ingredients
1 tablespoon Salt

Directions
Take 600 grams potatoes and cut it into potato fingers and boil.
Put it into a zip bag and freeze overnight.
Heat sufficient oil in deep fryer and deep fry french fries till crisp.
Transfer it into a mixing bowl and sprinkle 1 tablespoon salt and mix well.
Serve hot with ketchup.
 

Curly Fries

Ingredients
2 russet potatoes
3 tablespoons canola oil
½ tablespoon salt
½ tablespoon pepper
½ tablespoon paprika
½ tablespoon cumin
½ tablespoon garlic powder
½ tablespoon chili powder
ketchup، to taste

Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Using a spiralizer، spiralize the potatoes.
Spread the potatoes evenly in one single layer on a baking sheet.
Drizzle the oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with salt، pepper، paprika، cumin، garlic powder، and chili powder.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
Serve with ketchup!
